Our Values

Each wine is an authentic expression of the productive talent of the land which the grapes come from. We produce wines by selecting grapes from the suitable territories of Friuli Venezia Giulia. We bottle wines in limited quantities, so as to preserve the authenticity of our products.

Since 1963 we have been making wines with respect for tradition, sharing the values of transparency and genuineness with our customers.

#Authenticity

Such as every human being has its own natural vocation, in the same way every wine is an authentic expression of the productive talent of the land which the grapes come from. Friuli Venezia Giulia is a land blessed by the sun, beaten by the winds and mitigated by the nearby presence of the sea; natural gifts that give birth to extraordinary grapes. Right in this territory we select only the grapes that authentically represent the pedoclimatic features of our region, so as to bring to birth wines with limited production.

Our company traces its roots to the last century, thanks to our father’s industriousness, Andrea Da Dalt, and remains intensely related to the history of our own family. We have made wines since 1963, respecting the values of this land, Friuli Venezia Giulia. Sixty years of passion and history tied to the perfume of the must, to the grains of grapes that run through one’s fingers and to the time of patient waiting that goes with the creation of wines.

In our story, tradition and modernity give wines a character of uniqueness and high recognition.
Nowadays, the company’s tradition is carried on by Valerio Da Dalt.

#Genuineness

We have always shared with our costumers the values of transparency and genuineness of our products, supporting them in developing awareness of ”what you drink”. For this purpose, starting from the first bottlings in 2022, we will replace the typical generic indication “Contains sulphites”, with the actual value of the same contained in our wines.

Our philosophy is always aimed at the minimum use of sulphites and at the support of low environmental impact agriculture: that’s why in a short time we’ll produce a line of wines from organic farming.
