This wine is a harmonious blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, with an alcohol content of 13%. It is the result of a fascinating interplay between terroir and winemaking expertise.
A Production Process Dedicated to Quality
Care begins in the vineyard, with the manual harvesting of grapes ensuring the selection of the finest fruits. Vinification takes place in steel barrels, a choice that preserves the purity and intensity of the varietal notes. It is bottled in agost of 2021.Two years of bottle maturation enrich the Cabernet with complexity and structure, highlighting the importance of time in the winemaking process. To fully enjoy its qualities, we recommend opening the bottle an hour before consumption, serving it at an ideal temperature of 18°C (64°F).
